This is an opportunity for any motivated candidate with a minimum Master 2 level in business law / business litigation to join a dynamic team within an independent French firm and to discover the litigation practice of business law (post-acquisition disputes, enforcement of asset and liability guarantees, conflicts between partners, with managers, abuse of majority and minority rights, contractual disputes with strategic partners, etc.) before civil, commercial and criminal courts, including abroad, and before the AMF.

A good command of English is essential.

6 month internship.
