Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris offers a 6-month internship in Restructuring and Banking Law (F/H) starting January 2027. You join the Legal Restructuring & Workout team within the Banking Department to support cases and learn from senior lawyers.

You will conduct legal research, draft notes on insolvency and banking law, prepare monthly case law reviews, assist with filings, and attend team meetings, while developing in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• As a BAC+4/5 student, you are pursuing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in law, notably banking and financial law, security rights law and/or insolvency procedures.
• You have good legal knowledge or even a double finance/law training and/or internships in business law firms.
• You are perfectly fluent in English.
• You are recognized for your logical mind, rigor and curiosity, and the ability to work in a team.
• It is above all your personality and your state of mind that interests us.

Responsabilités

Position and Missions

You are joining our Legal Restructuring & Workout team within the Banking Department of the Legal Department, which is looking for a lawyer for a 6‑month internship starting in January 2027.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
