Job summary

Danone recherche un stagiaire pour son Centre de Recherche et d’Innovation à Gif-sur-Yvette, dès février 2027, pour une durée de 6 mois. Vous travaillerez sous la supervision de Marcel SILVA et participerez à des essais de séparation du lait dans le pilote, tout en analysant des données et en communiquant vos résultats.

Ce stage exige un niveau Bac+4/5 en université ou école d’ingénieurs, avec maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint, et des compétences en français et en anglais.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 en université ou école d'ingénieurs requis.
• Bon niveau d'Excel et PowerPoint.
• Autonomie et rigueur attendues.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais pour communiquer avec l'équipe.
• Connaissance de l'industrie laitière et du traitement du lait.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des essais de séparation du lait dans le pilote.
• Conduire et gérer les équipements pilote de façon autonome.
• Effectuer des prélèvements et analyses.
• Collecter, organiser et analyser les données expérimentales.
• Rédiger des rapports et présentations clairs pour l'équipe.
• Apporter un soutien ponctuel aux projets transverses.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette, at our Research & Innovation Center starting from February 2027. Marcel SILVA, Milk Separation Technologist, in the Concentration & Separation team will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Conduct milk separation trials in the pilot plant to generate high-quality data for technical documentation and process optimization
• Operate and manage pilot equipment autonomously, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Perform sampling and associated analyses to study process performance
• Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data
• Prepare clear, structured reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively with the team
• Provide occasional support to related projects, contributing to cross-functional initiatives when needed

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from February 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university or engineering school
• Well organized, rigorous, and autonomous
• Team spirit
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
• French and English skills are required to communicate with the team
• Knowledge of the Dairy Industry/Milk processing
• Membrane separation basics knowledge
• Enjoys working in a Pilot Plant environment and interacting with different departments
