CHANEL is offering a 6-month internship in Paris (starting January 2027) within the Europe Learning & Development team. You will report to the Learning Programme Manager and collaborate with regional/local People & Organization teams, Europe Learning across three divisions, and cross-functional teams aligned with training priorities.

You will gain hands-on experience in learning strategy deployment, instructional design, and project management while contributing to real business challenges

Qualifications

• Master’s level education in L&D, HR, or related field.
• First experience in project management or training roles.
• Fluent English; French a plus.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational follow-up of mandatory training programs across Europe with reliable reporting.
• Coordinate with People Solutions teams to strengthen training compliance across markets.
• Contribute to design of high-impact learning projects through research and content prep.
• Facilitate project meetings and animate learning communities across markets.

About the job

This 6-month internship, based in Paris from January 2027, places you within the Europe Learning & Development team. You will report to the Learning Programme Manager and collaborate closely with regional and local People & Organization teams, Learning teams across the three European divisions, and cross-functional teams aligned with training priorities.

What you will bring

• Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) or gap year student with a strong interest in Learning & Development, HR, or consulting
• First experience in project management or training, including academic or internship contexts
• Fluent English as a mandatory requirement (daily working language)
• Basic conversational French appreciated to facilitate day-to-day office interactions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment

• Formation de niveau Bac+4/5 (Master ou année de césure) avec un fort intérêt pour le Learning & Development, les ressources humaines ou le conseil
• Première expérience en gestion de projet ou en formation, même dans le cadre d’un stage ou d’un projet académique
• Anglais courant indispensable (langue de travail quotidienne)
• Français conversationnel apprécié pour faciliter les échanges au bureau
• Capacité à travailler de manière transversale avec des interlocuteurs multiples dans un contexte multiculturel
