Job summary

Allianz Trade in Paris, Île-de-France, is seeking a data‑driven intern to support reporting and analytics within the AZ Central Team. The role focuses on building dashboards in Salesforce, delivering metrics, and communicating insights to stakeholders across an international setting.

You will work under tight deadlines, independently, and contribute to initiatives leveraging Generative AI tools while developing expertise in risk management and trade credit insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis skills in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets efficiently.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint usage.
• Interest and ability to use Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT-based assistants).

This position at AZ Central Team supports the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth following World Agency's commercial strategy, in three different functions: 1) Market Management, 2) Commercial, and 3) Distribution.

Description

This position plays a critical role to ensure the execution of:

• Various reporting tasks, monthly Commercial Underwriting metrics report, and other ad-hoc reporting tasks to provide analysis and solutions.
• Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM system, and maintain the data integrity in Salesforce.
• Communicate with various internal stakeholders on challenges and opportunities to solve programs.
• Take ownership in new initiatives in everchanging business environment to support the design and implementation of those initiatives.

Profile/Required Skills
