Qualifications

• M1/M2 student in progress.
• Strong customer service mindset and business sense.
• Excellent communication and multicultural relationship skills.
• Analytical with data; proficient in Excel, AI and digital tools.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with IT platforms, BI and collaborative tools.
• English spoken.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data and KPIs; extract accurate customer indicators using IT tools and Excel.
• Participate in maintenance and evolution of digital tools; incident management.
• Coordinate with international business units on group customer service projects.
• Improve usage of the new omnichannel platform and self-service for teams and customers.
• Support project management tasks including users guides elaboration.

About the Role:

The role is to contribute to the roll out of the customer service model by providing support on strategic projects to enhance customer experience and internal process : needs and implementation of IT solutions. Reports to the group customer service manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data & KPIs analysis : provide accurate customer data and indicators extractions (usage of IT tools and Excel)
• Participate to the digital tools maintenance and evolution and incidents managemen
• International business units interactions : be in contact with the countries regarding to the group customer service projects
• New omnichannel platform & Self-service : improve the usage by customer service teams and customers
• Support to project management tasks including users guides elaboration

Profile/ Required Skills:

• M1/M2 Student
• Sense of customer service and business
• Good communication skills
• Multicultural relationship skills
• Analytic skills, at ease with data (usage of Excel, AI and Digital tools)
• Office package with good command of power point
• Comfortable with IT platforms, BI and collaborative tools
• English spoken

Nice to Have:

• An experience in the sector of BtoB insurance
• An experience on the customer experience journey
• French is a plus
