Job summary

Danone seeks a motivated intern for its Global Operations Performance team in Paris. You will support daily coordination of a global performance improvement program, ensure reporting accuracy, and help build AI-powered data insights using Power BI and SharePoint with key stakeholders.

You will contribute to dashboards, data quality, and the AI agent development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and growing your professional skill set in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and data-quality indicators of the productivity program tracking platform.
• Maintain the productivity program database (classification, cost centers, impact categories).
• Develop and improve productivity performance Power BI dashboards.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from January 2027.Within the Global Operations Performance team, this internship will support the day-to-day coordination of a global performance improvement program, ensuring reporting accuracy and supporting data analysis. The intern will also contribute to developing and improving management PBI dashboards and the program’s SharePoint site in coordination with key users and stakeholders and leveraging AI.

The Data Manager in the Efficiency Program team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Monitor the health and data-quality indicators of the productivity program tracking platform
• Maintain the productivity program database, including project classification, cost centers and impact categories
• Support Global Productivity Community Calls
• Create, develop and improve productivity performance PBI dashboards
• Create, maintain and improve the productivity program SharePoint site, covering the methodology and sprint status
• Develop the productivity pipeline sprints Power BI dashboard in coordination with the platform and key performance users
• Support reporting accuracy and data analysis for the Global Productivity team
• Support AI agents development

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a 6-month internship
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and Power BI
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting and data analysis
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Enjoys working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders across different functions
