Job summary

Danone recherche un stagiaire en HR Reporting & Data Governance à Paris (HQ La Fayette) pour 6 mois, à partir de janvier 2027. Vous travaillerez avec le manager HR Analytics & Data Governance et développerez des dashboards destinés à rendre les données RH plus transparentes et fiables.

Le stage offre jusqu’à 2 jours de remote par semaine, remboursement Navigo/TCL et un parcours de formation continue. Rémunération 1 300 € à 1 500 € brut/mois selon le niveau Bac+4/5.

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 en université, école de commerce ou ingénierie.
• Bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Maîtrise des outils MS Office, surtout Power BI, PowerPoint et Excel.
• Forte capacité d’analyse et précision dans les données HR.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir les initiatives d’analytique RH et de gouvernance des données.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des dashboards et à la documentation des KPI.

This internship will take place in Paris, at our La Fayette headquarters starting from 04/01/2026. Tutor's theHR Analytics & Data Governance Manager in the People Insights & Data team will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Reporting & Data Governance Intern to join our team. The intern will play a crucial role in increasing TRUST with our HR data and KPIs by implementing various strategies and action plans. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR analytics and data governance.

Responsibilities:

The people insights & reporting team is engaged in improving trust on HR Data and KPIs to support HR in its goal to be data-driven function. To reinforce trust an ambition has been presented with five main pillars:

• Transparency:Document, maintain and show clear data & logic to the users

• Reliable:Foster accurate data through data knowledge and data quality measurement

• User-centricity:Focused on people to foster usage of data and kpis through user centric / automated dashboards and report

• SSOT:Implement a single source of truth approach with high level standard according with the company’s ambition

• Transformative:Foster data usage for a transformative impact

The intern will support this action plan towards an increase in dashboard usage and trust.

The candidate will develop a user-oriented approach to propose adjustments on existing dashboards. He/She will reinforce communication around dashboards to foster knowledge and support documentation around KPIs definition and to support change management and deployment of new tools like KPI Dictionary.

Supporting the DATA & DIGITALLY Driven pillar of Danone’s People Strategy, the intern will contribute to other activities toward the ambition “HR PROTECTED QUALITY DATA enabling informed DECISION MAKING” including cross functions data project and data governance activities.

The intern would also assist in the preparation and run of annual and mid-year reporting campaigns.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months.

• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other language is a plus).

• Community animation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Familiarity with HR processes and data management is a plus.
