Danone recherche un stagiaire 6 mois à partir de janvier 2027 au siège de Rueil-Malmaison pour accompagner la numérisation des données maîtres (SAP/ERP Themis). Sous la supervision de John Forster, Product Owner Master Data, vous contribuerez à la définition et au transfert de documents maîtres, en enrichissant le socle de connaissances.

Vous travaillerez sur la structure documentaire, la collaboration via Confluence et l’onboarding des nouveautés, avec des premiers cas d’usage et des retours

Formación

• Bac+4/5 ou équivalent, université, école de commerce ou ingénierie.
• Aptitude à travailler avec des données et des chiffres.
• Maîtrise d’Excel et capacité à interagir avec différents départements.

Responsabilidades

• Digitalisation et gestion des connaissances des données maîtres (SAP/ERP Themis).
• Préparer le transfert de documents existants et leur mise à jour.
• Conception de la structure documentaire, architecture et parts prenantes.
• Collaboration avec l’équipe digitale pour définir les solutions et les cas d’usage.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Rueil Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from 04/01/2027. John Forster, Product Owner Master Data will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Digitalisation Knowledge management of our SAP/ERP Themis Master Data document base ( SAP and ORSOFT technologies). Define & start the transfer of existing materials ( master data books) currently in Microsoft office documents.

  Leverage knowledge management features to enrich collaborative and consultatative capabilities

  Prepare the lifecycle process to onboard and approve new documents or information updates, including publishing & sharing

  Working As a set of steps

  1 - Align with digital team on the standard application solution to be used. ( Confluence or other)

  2 – Collaborate on the vision & design of a document structure ( taxonomy , ontology ..ownership , versioning, & sharing capabilities … including AI enablement

  3 - Identify first use case examples , design , prepare and test– working with all team members on planning & execution.

  4 – First assessment , feedback , lessons learned & recommendations.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
