AXA Group Headquarters in Paris is seeking a Financial Controller intern to join the Group Tax Department. You will support calculations for the global minimum tax, review tax appendices, and contribute to tax transparency outputs while developing PowerPoint presentations and research tasks.

A hybrid work setup in Paris is offered. Ideal candidates are in their final year of study, with finance or data analysis interest, and fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Last year of Business School, Engineering School, or University, or gap year.
• Previous experience in finance or data analysis is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English – daily professional use of English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in calculations and compliance tasks for global minimum tax (OECD Pillar 2).
• Review tax appendices for the annual report (FY2026 closing).
• Monitor and control in Galaxy tool for tracking participations.
• Contribute to tax transparency outputs: CbCR and reporting questionnaires.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and perform information research.

Within the Group Finance,

you will join the Group Tax Department as a Financial Controller.

Your Role And Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Participate in various tasks related to calculation and compliance of the global minimum tax (OECD Pillar 2): simulation work, data collection and analysis, accuracy checks, coordination with entities, and oversight in establishing processes for tracking notifications.
• Review of tax appendices for the annual report as part of the FY2026 closing process.
• Monitoring and control to be conducted in the Galaxy tool, which allows tracking of the Group's participations.
• Contribution to tax transparency outputs: analysis of CbCR (Country by Country Reporting), the AXA Group's transparency report, and various questionnaires.
• Accomplish various tasks for the team: PowerPoint presentations, information research, organization, etc.

Required Skills

• Good proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI). Master databases.
• Strong interest in data analysis and formalization, as well as the use of data analysis tools.
• Interest in finance in general (accounting, consolidation under IFRS standards, and taxation).
• Strong motivation, autonomy, and ability to take initiative.
• Good communication skills and ability to integrate a team.
