AXA Group Headquarters (GIE AXA) is seeking an intern to support the Health and Humanitarian Crises health ecosystem within the Science pillar, monitoring funded projects and promoting their impact.

You will draft content, organize events, assist governance committees, and provide operational support to the Science team, collaborating with the Head of Philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in business, philanthropy, sciences, international relations/affairs.
• Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills.
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment; capable of multitasking.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do

In close collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy responsible for Health and Humanitarian Crises, the intern will play a key role in monitoring funded projects and promoting their impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting daily operational activities of the health ecosystem within the Science pillar:

• Monitoring funded projects and research outcomes, and liaising with certain partners;
• Making a major contribution to communication actions: drafting content to highlight the results of funded projects, organizing events, etc.;
• Assisting with the preparation of governance committees;
• Providing operational support to the entire Science team as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

- Who you are

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, philanthropy, sciences, international relations/affairs, with a strong interest in communication and project management, complemented by a conviction in the role of science and philanthropy.

The position requires:

• Intellectual curiosity for the cross-cutting dimensions of philanthropy issues;
• Analytical and writing skills, an impactful communication sense, and great attention to detail;
• Excellent command of English (professional level) in addition to French (native language), both written and oral;
• Solid project management skills, with good organization and analytical ability;
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite; experience in AI and social media tools is a plus;
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
• A dynamic, autonomous, proactive spirit, comfortable with multitasking;
• A first long-term internship experience is a plus
