AXA Group Headquarters is seeking a Financial Controller in the Financial Controlling - Europe Market team. You will contribute to consolidated figures, performance analysis, and group reporting across Life, Non-Life, Asset Management, Banking, and Holding units.

Ideal candidates hold a master's in finance, show autonomy, and are fluent in English. The role offers hybrid work in Paris and exposure to a global, diverse environment.

Within PBRC - Financial controlling, you will join the Financial Controlling - Europe Market team as Financial controller.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

• Controlling consolidated figures and analyzing performance (activity, volumes, profitability) across various countries and business segments (Life, Non-Life, Asset Management, Banking, Holding)
• Contributing to management deliverables
• Participating in the preparation of financial documents published by the Group (annual report, activity report, financial supplements for analysts);
• Developing and improving the Group's reporting tools and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are

• First or second year of master's degree in finance
• Strong autonomy and initiative
• Dynamic, rigorous, and available
• Interest in finance and analysis - previous experience appreciated
• Fluent English is essential - daily professional use
