Ingersoll Rand is seeking a dedicated Internship - Data & Performance Junior Analyst (M/F) to support the marketing and product teams in Chalifert, France. The role focuses on optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance, and contributing to product growth within the Power Tools division.

The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a Bac+3/5 in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields, with a strong interest in analytics and marketing.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and product marketing.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital levers (SEO, SEA, Social Media) is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns (SEA, Display, Social Ads, Email marketing).
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards and reports to monitor marketing and e-commerce KPIs.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve the omnichannel strategy.
• Support the product team with market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance tracking.
• Participate in the management of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot).

Main Mission

As a Junior Performance & Digital Marketing Analyst Intern, you will contribute to optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and supporting the product team to drive the growth of our Power Tools business.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns (SEA, Display, Social Ads, Email marketing).
