Ingersoll Rand France Power Tools Solution Center is seeking an Internship - Data & Performance Junior Analyst (M/F) in Chalifert, France. You will contribute to optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and supporting the product team to drive growth of our Power Tools business.

You are a student pursuing a Bac+3/5 in Digital Marketing or Data Analytics, with English proficiency and a passion for data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and product marketing.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI).
• Familiarity with SEO, SEA, and Social Media.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Professional level English (written and spoken).
• Data analysis & KPI tracking experience.

Responsabilités

• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns (SEA, Display, Social Ads, Email marketing).
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor marketing and ecommerce KPIs.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve the omnichannel strategy.
• Support the product team with market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Participate in CRM and marketing automation tools management (Salesforce, Pardot).

Main Mission

As a Junior Performance & Digital Marketing Analyst Intern, you will contribute to optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and supporting the product team to drive the growth of our Power Tools business.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns (SEA, Display, Social Ads, Email marketing).
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards and reports to monitor marketing and e-commerce KPIs.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve the omnichannel strategy.
• Support the product team with market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance tracking.
• Participate in the management of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot).

Your Profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and product marketing.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital levers (SEO, SEA, Social Media) is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).
• Basic data analysis & KPI tracking
