International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) seeks a motivated student to join the Dispute Resolution Services as an intern in Paris. You will support education and training projects and events, handling organisational tasks, documentation, and promotion of upcoming trainings.

Requirements include English fluency, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams. The internship runs six months, 35 hours per week, starting January 2027 in Paris.

Qualifications

  • Are a student in law, dispute resolution, management, business, international relations and other similar disciplines with strong academic credentials and prior work or internship experience.
  • Are fluent in English (this is mandatory). Knowledge of French and/or another language would be an advantage.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and a rigorous attitude.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams Meeting, and PDFs. Knowledge of registration platforms would be a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Providing organizational support with the organisation of upcoming events and trainings.
  • Performing administrative tasks and preparing documents such as evaluation forms, biographies, PowerPoint presentations, speaker charts and speaker nameplates and webpage updates.
  • Promoting upcoming events including correspondence with contacts and partners, preparing email sends, drafting promotional material, updating information on webpages and online platforms.
  • Drafting documents for trainings on the basis of templates.
  • Responding to training-related enquiries from participants and target audiences.
  • Researching for potential supporters and applicants for the training.
  • Conducting post-event wrap-up including the feedback forms, the recording of event statistics and the preparation of an executive report.
  • Drafting minutes and assisting in preparing background documents and briefing material for meetings.
  • Performing any other necessary tasks required to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
  • Possibility to attend trainings and conferences taking place in Paris during the internship.

The role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Dispute Resolution Services to contribute to ICC education and training projects and events.

Requirements

Terms and conditions

Important information before applying:

You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.

Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.

Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.

Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.

Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
