You will join the Medical Office of the Group HR department.
Role and responsibilities
Preventive Healthcare & Risk Management
- Lead initiatives to prevent health deterioration related to work activities.
- Conduct legal health examinations, fitness assessments, and oversee vaccination programs (flu, COVID, boosters, hepatitis A).
- Develop and implement health improvement and risk prevention strategies.
- Manage and supervise a medical service team comprising an assistant and a nurse, providing guidance, training, and coordination to ensure effective delivery of health initiatives.
Employee Medical Monitoring & Support
- Conduct medical surveillance for all employees, including travelers and senior management.
- Manage health assessments, stress indicators, and follow-up procedures.
- Design and execute personalized health plans based on assessments.
Health Education & Advisory
- Provide expert advice on health, hygiene, ergonomics, and safety issues to management, employees, and representatives.
- Promote health initiatives related to diet, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
Workplace & Job Analysis
- Perform job analyses and recommend accommodations to enhance employee safety and health.
- Participate in internal safety campaigns and awareness activities.
Participation & Administrative Duties
- Actively participate in CSSCT and CSE committees, contributing to safety policies.
- Maintain accurate medical records, prepare annual reports, and support compliance audits.
- Lead special projects such as health protocols for business travel and stress monitoring initiatives.
Your profile
- Medical degree with specialization in occupational medicine or relevant experience in corporate health.
- Proven experience in preventive medicine, employee health surveillance, and workplace health initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of French health and safety regulations, including legal health examinations.
- Excellent advisory skills, with the ability to communicate complex health information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in health data management and reporting.
- Empathy, discretion, and a proactive approach to employee well‑being.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
