Kleep is seeking a Production Project Manager for an internship in Paris. You will own the end-to-end image production pipeline, plan drops for premium fashion brands, coordinate external editors and ensure on-time, client-ready imagery.

You will not edit images yourself and will work closely with the founders in a hands-on, studio environment. You should be highly organized, quick to learn new tools, and able to coordinate multiple people and deadlines.

• Extremely organized and structured, turning complexity into clear workflows and timelines.
• Fast learner who masters new tools and systems quickly.
• Strong coordinator: managing multiple people, deadlines and priorities without dropping any.

Responsabilités

• Run the Studio platform daily to generate and manage image production flows.
• Plan and prioritize image drops across multiple fashion clients.
• Define timelines from client brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate external editors and retouchers.
• Run quality control on every delivered asset, fit, fabric, realism, consistency.
• Improve workflows, tools and production processes.
• Build onboarding materials for editors and contributors.
• Manage client communication and structured feedback loops.
• Ensure smooth, on-time delivery of final batches and revisions.
