Natixis NY Branch is offering a 6-month internship for a Technical Project Manager in Paris. You will join the Major Projects Management team and collaborate with your tutor to conduct technical expertise on real-estate investment files and advise investment teams. Candidates should be BAC +5 level students in university or engineering school with a specialization in building/urban planning, along with knowledge of the construction industry.

The internship includes an allowance, transport reimbursement, and access to the company’s restaurant.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry and building practices.
• Team spirit and synthesis abilities.
• Proactive attitude and mastery of project management concepts.
• Operational and organizational skills with strong teamwork.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct technical expertise on real-estate investment files.
• Advise investment teams on technical aspects until transaction conclusion.
• Design and manage development operations from assembly-design to completion.
• Coordinate promoters and stakeholders during projects.
• Design, program, and control renovation works to enhance value.
• Assist in preparation of multi-year work plans and technical monitoring.
• Lead implementation of energy transition law objectives.
