AEW’s SRI team within the Funds and Mandates Department offers a 6-month internship focused on sustainable real estate development. You will study and monitor projects with emphasis on carbon assessment, biodiversity, climate risk management, and investor reporting.

As a BAC+5 student in environment/CSR/SRI, you will use Office tools, demonstrate strong English, and collaborate with mentors to develop automation and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• As a BAC+5 student, you are pursuing an engineering school diploma with a specialization in environment, sustainable development, CSR, and SRI.
• You are familiar with the Office Pack and reporting tools.
• You show great interpersonal skills and commitment; you are curious, adaptable and able to synthesize.

Responsabilités

• Study and monitor real estate projects by integrating carbon assessment, biodiversity, soft mobility, and climate risk management.
• Support strategic management and monitor ESG/SRI compliance across funds and mandates.
• Help implement SRI procedures, automate data collection and periodic investor reporting.

Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) team within the Funds and Mandates Department, which is looking for a Responsible for sustainable real estate development (SRI), for an internship of 6 months.

The SRI management is responsible for AEW’s SRI policy, the SRI strategy of the funds, the development of operational tools, monitoring compliance with SRI procedures, and reporting to investors.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be to study and monitor real estate projects by integrating the following themes:

• Carbon assessment and offsetting, bio-diversity, soft mobility, climate risk management;
• Strategic management;
• Monitoring compliance with real estate funds' ESG strategies, implementation of SRI management procedures for ML and investment, institutional, and retail.
• Piloting innovative projects related to biodiversity, renewables, health, waste, food waste, the circular economy, the implementation of methodological tools, model documents and digital tools, to enable compliance with SRI procedures.
• Reporting;
• Implementation of automation tools for data collection and reporting, periodic SRI reporting to investors according to contractual provisions.
• Corporate management.
• Monitoring and communication on SRI policy
• Monitoring of global indicators
• Participation in responses to AEW’s internal evaluations, participation in shareholder reporting on ESG actions

As a BAC+5 student, you are preparing an engineering school diploma with a specialization in environment, sustainable development, CSR, and SRI.

You are familiar with the Office Pack and are comfortable with reporting tools.

You show great interpersonal skills and commitment. Curious and endowed with excellent adaptability, you have a good ability to synthesize.

You are dynamic, voluntary and rigorous.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
