VEGA Investment Solutions recherche un(e) stagiaire Assistant(e) Contrôleur Financier pour une durée de 6 mois à Paris, à partir de novembre 2026. Vous intégrerez l’équipe Financial Settings and Controls et travaillerez sous la tutelle d’un formateur.

Vos missions couvrent la mise à jour de données de transparence, le contrôle des investissements, et la production de rapports, avec un focus sur l’analyse et l’optimisation des processus.

Qualifications

• Étudiant BAC+4/5 en Finance ou Mathématiques Financières.
• Rigueur, autonomie et esprit analytique.
• Maîtrise avancée d'Excel.
• Connaissances en outils d’analyse (VBA/SQL/Access).

Responsabilités

• Mettre à jour les données de transparence des mandats et vérifier leur fiabilité.
• Contrôler les investissements et déployer un nouvel outil de contrôle.
• Participer à la production de reporting et à l’évaluation des mandats.
• Participer à la gestion et à la mise à jour des dépôts financiers et des référentiels.

Job Description

You join the team Financial Settings and Controls within the VEGA IS Settings and Controls Operations Department, which is looking for a Assistant Financial Controller, for a 6‑month internship from November 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Update of mandate transparency data:
  • Collect and integrate the information necessary for the transparency of financial investments in clients' portfolios.
  • Carry out verification and control of data reliability.
  • Produce the associated calculations and analyses.
• Control of financial investments:
  • Verification of operations
  • Monitoring compliance with management commitments
  • Management and deployment of the new control tool
• Reporting production:
  • Participate in the performance measurement of mandates.
  • Contribute to the development and production of various tools for Management and Development (management package, arbitration decision reports).
• Administration and Setup of Financial Repositories:
  • Participate in the management, configuration, and updating of the value database and other key financial repositories.
  • Regularly check the reliability and consistency of the data contained in these repositories.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree in Finance or Financial Mathematics.

You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a good analytical and summarising spirit.

You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel (advanced level required).

You have an appetite for data analysis tools (VBA, SQL, Access).
