Job summary

Natixis invites applications for a 6-month Java/Python developer internship starting in April 2027. You will join the Citizen and Innovation team within the innovation and platform development department, helping to build and enhance the MAXX platform for internal use.

You’ll work under a tutor, develop new features, perform tests, and contribute to CI/CD improvements in a semi-industrial environment. English fluency is required and an internship allowance applies.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 student pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on software development, computer science, or information systems.
• Strong technical skills in Java, microservices, Python and SQL.
• Interest in industrialized development environments and CI/CD topics.
• Knowledge of investment banking is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

Job Description

You join our Citizen and Innovation team in the innovation and platform development department, which is looking for a Java/Python developer, for a internship of 6 months fromApril 2027.

The Citizen and Innovation department, composed of 4 employees, is in charge of setting up and developing a citizen development platform intended to enhance the development capabilities within the bank.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Develop new features to enrich the MAXX platform;
• Carry out acceptance and non-regression tests to ensure the quality of the changes implemented;
• Participate in monitoring the release of new services and connectivity;
• Contribute to the improvement of the CI/CD chain in an industrialized development environment;
• Implement new services and connectivity to complete the integrated offer of the MAXX platform.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+5 student, you are preparing a degree (from an engineering school) with a specialization in software development, computer science, or information systems.

You have technical skills in Java, microservices, Python and SQL;

You have an interest in industrialized development environments and topics related to CI/CD;

Ideally, you have knowledge of the investment banking world;

You demonstrate rigor, curiosity, team spirit and good adaptability.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
