Job Description

You will join our 8-person Oversight, Quality & Controls team within the Global Markets Operations department, which is looking for aData Analystfor an internship of6 monthsfromNovember 2026. The OQC sector is part of the Global Markets Operations department, which groups post-trading activities (Trade support, middle and back office). He is, among other things, the correspondent for internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance, and the Operational Risk Directorate) and regulators, responsible for GMO data quality and responsible for reporting on GMO indicators.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Data Quality Framework

• Identify, document and monitor the production of each piece of data in order to cover and track the process from its creation, transformation, to its storage;
• Identify critical data for the business activity through collaboration with the department’s business owners;
• Document and escalated potential quality issues;
• Propose and follow remediation plans;
• Participate in the acculturation of stakeholders.

Data preparation and data visualization:

• Identify relevant data and golden sources within a datalake;
• Participate in ideation workshops for creating data models;
• Develop, automate and maintain data quality controls on Informatica;
• Carry out an initial analysis to detect anomalies related to data quality;
• Maintain Data Quality Dashboards on Power BI.

Participation in other data projects within GMO

• Quality adjustment of the data stored in the Datalake;
• Technical and functional tests on IT evolutions of the data model (python algorithmic, existing data exploration on PBI).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in data and project management. You are recognized for your good analytical skills, your method and your rigor. You have good problem-solving skills and know how to explain them clearly in non-technical terms. Your interpersonal and communication skills are excellent. You know how to take initiative. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
