You will respond to inquiries quickly, assist with vehicle selection, and convert online interest into showroom visits and closes, leveraging negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2+ years sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to meet quotas; closing percentages.
• Must pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug, credit) and have valid driver’s license.

Job Description €“ Internet Sales Specialist Proctor Subaru is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional individual to join the Proctor family of automotive sales in a full-time capacity as an Automotive Internet Sales Specialist.

Job Description

• Will handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Will be available to respond to email inquiries outside normal sales hours
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work them accordingly to bring them into the store for a proper vehicle demonstration and close of the transaction (Start-to-Finish)
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
• Check email frequently and respond to inquires immediately
• Will deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Skills / Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor degree OR a minimum of 2 years Sales experience
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management and prioritization skills required
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Proven successful negotiation and closing experience
• Must be able to hit quotas and closing percentages
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
