Mars is seeking an International Division Regulatory Specialist to support product registrations, import licensing, and regulatory compliance across markets. You will coordinate regulatory dossiers, provide guidance, and ensure compliance of products, ingredients, packaging, and processes.

You will liaise with importers, authorities, and internal teams to safeguard market access and business continuity. The role requires a min.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum BSc in Food technology, Agriculture or Food Law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe Pro).
• Experience in export activities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages (Spanish, French) are a plus.
• Experience in export customer service in an international environment.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and drive results.
• Excellent time management and planning/organizing skills.

Responsabilités

• Active participation in market S&OP+ meetings to align registration portfolio with Demand & VCO teams.
• Maintain Country library / License tracker / License collector / Country regulatory specification.
• Coordinate with RC departments to obtain and relay necessary information.
• Prepare documents/dossiers for product/factory registration in importing markets.
• Update the document database (PID, Packaging, substantiation, transfer sheet) per Marketing Plan/Portfolio Strategy.
• Sample & Certificate of Analysis research & expedition.
• Liaise with veterinary authorities to obtain certificates of free sales and control certificates.
• Prepare export documentation related to registration for orders.
• Coordinate legalization/apostille of documents with external stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory pre-assessment for new route openings (requirements questionnaire, docs, timeline).
• Provide technical expertise to resolve RA, Quality and related incidents; assess regulatory risk for PRIMPs.
• Conduct raw materials regulatory assessment for new materials & suppliers & origin.
• Represent RC interests in Trade Association groups or meetings with local authorities.
