Job summary

Lallemand is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to develop and execute regulatory activities enabling market access for Bio-Ingredients across regional markets. You will prepare dossiers, monitor regulatory changes, and provide clear guidance to R&D, QA, Sales, Marketing and supply chain in a multilingual, international environment.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, at least five years of regulatory experience, experience with enzymes or baking industry, and fluency in

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and five years of regulatory experience.
• Experience with enzymes or baking industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of EU/US regulatory frameworks and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory strategies and manage dossiers for market access.
• Prepare high-quality dossiers including food enzyme and novel foods.
• Provide guidance to R&D, QA, Sales, and Marketing on compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external authorities.
