Job summary

Mars is seeking a qualified professional to support the global prospective innovation team in shaping the Innovation strategy and maturing concepts from idea to learnings. You will scan high-speed opportunities, assess desirability, viability, feasibility and sustainability, and help decide which concepts advance the portfolio.

You will coordinate with R&D, regions, markets, regulatory, Finance and digital functions, brief external agencies, manage agency relationships and ensure budget

Qualifications

• Master’s in marketing or engineering.
• Marketing experience with innovation management is appreciated.
• Digital marketing knowledge is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Translate opportunities into a framed problem to solve.
• Assess and improve robustness of DVFS using Front-End Framework.
• Collaborate with R&D, regions, markets, regulatory, finance and other teams.
• Brief external innovation agencies when studies are externalized.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and follow budgets.
• Create robust knowledge management for the prospective team.
