Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional training / education in trade and customs compliance, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with CRM systems and SAP.
• Commercial / sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Administratively manages shipments from the plants.
• Organize transportation with the customer, including quotations, updating orders, and obtaining agreement.
• Review and approve shipping invoices and manage the shipping claims process.
• Maintain HS commodity codes, country of origin and preferential status classifications in SAP.
• Create and promote awareness of export-control and customs processes among internal stakeholders.
