Natixis Investment Managers is seeking an HR Project Manager to join the Talent, Learning and Change team in Paris. The role focuses on coordinating performance management, rolling out development programs, and supporting student challenges across international entities.

You will collaborate with DRHs, RRHs, and HQ HR teams, manage multiple topics, and contribute to talent development and HR policy strategy in a hybrid Paris-based environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in generalist HR roles (HRBP, RRH).
• Proficient in Excel, generative AI tools, and HRIS usage.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational ability with multitasking.
• Mastery of English at C1 level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Curious and sensitive to major HR issues.

Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join our Talent, Learning and Change team as HR Project Manager; our expertise center of about ten people coordinates and supports skills development, performance management, and careers, supporting employee change and commitment

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Coordinating the performance management campaign: from communication to analysis
• Implement one of our development programs
• Supporting The Students Challenge by Natixis Investment Managers
• Organize integration sessions
• Supervise two work-study students

On these topics, you work directly with the DRHs, the RRHs of each entity, including abroad, and the HR teams at the headquarters; you collaborate with other teams, depending on the projects.

You manage the animation of the HR sector: monthly committees, convivial moments.

You are actively involved in various HR development projects and strategic reflections on our talent management HR policies.
