Natixis Investment Managers seeks a Client Sustainable Investing Manager to drive its sustainable investment strategy and client advisory efforts globally. You will collaborate with investment, risk, compliance, marketing, and distribution teams to translate sustainability developments into actionable insights and high‑value content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or ESG analysis within an asset management company with an international dimension.
• Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks, climate issues, SFDR, taxonomy, and sustainable investment regulations.
• Experience piloting cross-functional, international projects and transforming data into strategic insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

About this Role

You will join the Global Client Sustainable Investing team as a Client Sustainable Investing Manager, playing a key role in developing and promoting Natixis Investment Managers’ sustainable investment strategy to clients, distribution teams, and affiliated management companies worldwide. At the intersection of sustainable investment expertise, client advisory, thought leadership, investment solutions, and corporate strategy, you will support clients and internal stakeholders in an ever‑evolving sustainable environment while contributing to Natixis Investment Managers’ strategic positioning in the market. Within an international and highly collaborative team, you will work with numerous stakeholders from investment, distribution, risk, compliance, marketing, and executive management functions to transform sustainability developments into relevant analyses, concrete recommendations, and high‑value‑added solutions for clients. Your daily responsibilities will focus on three key areas: client advisory and commercial support, sustainable investment strategy and thought leadership, and strategic monitoring and research. Responsibilities

• Act as a reference expert on sustainable investment topics, including ESG integration, climate issues, responsible investment, and sustainable finance regulations
• Accompany clients, sales teams, and client relationship teams by providing strategic analyses, customized studies, and high‑value‑added content for client meetings, due diligence processes, and request for proposal (RFP) responses
• Contribute to positioning Natixis Investment Managers’ and its affiliates’ sustainable investment expertise and solutions, ensuring their alignment with investor needs, market evolution, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in client engagement initiatives by developing clear, educational, and persuasive messages and arguments on sustainability issues for both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Support the Global Head of Client Sustainable Investing in defining, implementing, and promoting Natixis Investment Managers’ sustainable investment strategy and priorities to sales teams and clients
• Design high‑impact content for senior management, clients, and sales teams, including speeches, presentations, publications, articles, market commentaries, newsletters, regulatory notes, thematic analyses, and educational materials
• Transform complex subjects into clear, relevant, and directly actionable messages for clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure strategic monitoring and analysis of regulatory developments, market trends, and emerging sustainability topics to identify high‑value‑added messages for clients and internal teams
• Contribute to Natixis Investment Managers’ external visibility through thought leadership initiatives, participation in industry events, and production of educational content
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects related to sustainable investment involving multiple stakeholders, including investment teams, affiliates, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, and distribution functions
• Conduct in‑depth analyses on sustainable finance, ESG issues, climate matters, and sustainability topics broadly
• Monitor the evolution of the competitive landscape and investor expectations to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities
• Produce high‑value‑added market analyses contributing to commercial development, client engagement, strategic decision‑making, and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

• Higher education degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or ESG analysis within an asset management company with an international dimension
• Mastery of sustainable investment, including ESG frameworks, climate issues, financial markets, and regulations related to sustainable finance (SFDR, taxonomy, etc.)
• Expertise in piloting and coordinating complex, cross‑functional projects in an international context
• Proficiency in modeling, structuring, and transforming complex data into strategic information
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Recognized ability to work effectively in team environments
• Rigorous approach with excellent organizational capabilities
