Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in project controls, planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in remote project environments and camp-based operations.
• Ability to work on 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF rotation.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Manage the project budget, including forecasting and monitoring project costs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (risk mitigation strategies, action plans to address potential issues).
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and project objectives and present status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage and document changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adequate resources are available and allocated effectively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project controls with objectives.
