Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking an Internal Control Coordinator for Finance & Corporate Functions. You will strengthen internal controls globally, coordinate internal audits, and drive remediation using data analytics, automation, and responsible AI to enhance control monitoring and decision-making.

You will collaborate with Finance teams, Corporate Functions and auditors to foster a strong risk and control culture, contribute to governance, and support continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit or Finance Compliance.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO).
• Experience with financial control testing and documentation.
• Understanding of audit methodologies and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of finance processes and related risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform internal control testing using data analytics and automated testing routines.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls across Finance and Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate internal audit planning and execution with stakeholders.
• Manage remediation plans and monitor closure of audit findings.
• Maintain control documentation and testing evidence.
• Provide guidance on internal control requirements to Finance and Corporate Functions teams.
• Prepare control status reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Identify process improvements and support corrective actions.
