Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux near Paris, seeks an Internal Control Coordinator to strengthen its global control environment across Finance and Corporate Functions. You will drive testing, remediation and analytics to support governance and risk management.

You will coordinate audit activities, work with Finance teams and auditors, and promote a culture of control, integrity and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit or Finance Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, including COSO.
• Experience in financial control testing and documentation.
• Solid understanding of audit methodologies and audit coordination processes.
• Knowledge of finance processes and related risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform internal control testing using data analytics and automated testing routines.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls across Finance and Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate internal audit planning and execution activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage remediation plans and monitor the closure of audit findings.
• Maintain accurate control documentation and testing evidence.
• Provide guidance on internal control requirements and best practices to Finance and Corporate Functions.
• Prepare control status reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support corrective actions.
• Leverage digital tools and automation to boost control effectiveness.
