Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages seeks a Global Procurement & ESG Controller to partner with Procurement, delivering financial visibility and performance insights across a CHF 1.8B spend portfolio. You will support markets worldwide, drive PPV analysis, and contribute to ESG reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally within FMCG.
• At least 2 years of experience in Operations Finance, preferably within Procurement or Supply Chain Finance.
• Prior audit experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of procurement tools such as PRISM, OSCAR or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and business performance drivers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge performance constructively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a complex, international matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner for Procurement, providing financial insight and performance analysis across spend categories.
• Support markets with PPV vs ACE actuals and year-over-year analysis.
• Coordinate PRISM process and support monthly PPV reporting and forecasting cycles.
• Analyze financial results, identify opportunities/risks, and challenge procurement stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of rebates, accruals and postings with market teams.
• Prepare Procurement reporting for Nestrade, including PPV actuals and forecasts.
• Produce financial analyses and presentations for Senior Leadership at Nestlé and JV.
• Partner with Nestrade and Procurement teams to drive PPV improvements.
• Maintain compliance with procurement reporting guidelines and internal controls.
• Support ESG reporting activities, including actuals and forecasting.
