Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking an Internal Control Coordinator for Finance & Corporate Functions. The role strengthens the internal control environment across global finance and corporate functions, coordinating audits, testing, remediation, and documentation.

You will leverage data analytics, automation and responsible AI to enhance control monitoring and decision-making, collaborating with Finance teams, auditors, and cross-functional partners to build a strong risk culture.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit or Finance Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, including COSO.
• Experience in financial control testing and documentation.
• Solid understanding of audit methodologies and audit coordination processes.
• Knowledge of finance processes and related risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform internal control testing using transactional data analytics, automated testing routines and risk-based methodologies.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls across Finance and Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate internal audit planning and execution activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage remediation plans and monitor the closure of audit findings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date control documentation and testing evidence.
• Provide guidance and support to Finance and Corporate Functions teams on internal control requirements and best practices.
• Prepare control status reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Leverage digital tools, automation and data analytics to enhance control effectiveness and efficiency.
