AXA Group Operations is offering a 12-month apprenticeship in Paris starting October 2026. The role focuses on supporting the Strategic Projects Communication Department through writing, content development, and event coordination.

You will craft internal communications, develop briefs for visuals, and help organize local and global events while gaining hands-on experience in storytelling and change management within an international, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in Communications or HR with a strong communication component.
• Fluent French and English; all documents to be written in English.

Responsabilités

• Participating in the development of communication plans (objectives, targets, schedules, measurement of results).
• Producing content related to these communication plans (articles, internal memos, presentations, etc.).
• Preparing briefs for our graphic studio to develop visual identities for projects.
• Contributing to the organization of local and global events.
