Qualifications

  • Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in Communication or HR with a strong Communication component
  • Ideal work-study rhythm: 3 days in company / 2 days at school per week or 3 weeks / 1 week
  • Fluent French and English (C1+); all documents to be written in English

Responsabilités

  • Participate in development of communication plans: objectives, targets, schedules, metrics
  • Produce content (articles, memos, presentations) for internal communication
  • Prepare briefs for graphic studio to develop visual identities for projects

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

The Group Operations Transformation (GOT) Division is responsible for establishing and implementing the Human Resources, Communication, and Change Management strategy for AXA GO, thereby helping to accelerate the agile transformation of our organization.

In this context, you will join the Strategic Projects Communication department. Reporting to the Communication Projects Executive Manager, your main tasks will include:

  • Participating in the development of communication plans (objectives, targets, schedules, measurement of results)
  • Producing content related to these communication plans (articles, internal memos, presentations, etc.)
  • Preparing briefs for our graphic studio to develop visual identities for certain projects
  • Contributing to the organization of local and global events

Education: Master’s level (Bac+4/5), Communication School or University, HR degree with a strong Communication component
