Accor, a pioneer in responsible hospitality, invites applications for an Internal Communications role based at the Group's Paris headquarters (Issy-les-Moulineaux area). You will help shape global communications initiatives, contribute to editorial thinking, and elevate employee engagement across channels.

You will manage community initiatives, content creation, newsletters and integrated projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high editorial standards and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5 / Final year of business school.
• First experience/relevant apprenticeship in a corporate organization / communication agency.
• Area of study: Communications, business school, hospitality.
• Languages: French and English (fluent).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to building and managing the editorial strategy and planning of our internal social platform.
• Create, publish and animate engaging content and coordinate newsletters and updates.
• Analyze engagement metrics and propose improvements based on performance and feedback.
• Coordinate communications projects across multiple stakeholders and agencies.
