Job summary

Pysae is seeking a creative intern for a 6-month content role based in Paris or Rennes. You will craft articles, short videos, photos, testimonials, newsletters and social posts that tell the story of our team, projects and product.

You will travel to our offices in Paris, Rennes and Florence to capture moments, join leadership on events and contribute to our internal and external communications. Fluency in French and English and experience with generative AI tools are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Create content of all kinds: articles, videos, photos, interviews, newsletters and social posts about our people, projects and product.
• Run internal communications: newsletters, team updates, onboarding materials, events and all-hands.
• Grow our presence on LinkedIn and experiment with formats and channels.
• Attend trade shows, industry events and customer visits to capture stories and testimonials.
• Travel between Paris, Rennes and Florence to connect our three offices.

About Pysae

Pysae makes software for public transport operators: real-time fleet supervision (AVM) and workforce management for bus, coach and tram networks. We are a team of about 40 people across three offices in Rennes, Paris and Florence. We're growing fast in France and across Europe, and we want more people to know who we are and what we build.

The role

This is a new position. We want someone creative and energetic to tell the Pysae story from the inside. You will create all kinds of content and run actions that showcase our team, our work and our product. You'll work closely with leadership and with every department, and you'll have real room to shape the role.

What you'll do

• Create content of every kind: articles, short videos, photos, interviews, newsletters, social posts and behind-the-scenes stories about our people, projects and product

• Run internal communication: the internal newsletter, team updates, onboarding materials, company events and all-hands meetings

• Grow our presence on social networks, especially LinkedIn, and try new formats and channels

• Go into the field: join colleagues at trade shows, professional events and customer visits to capture stories, testimonials and moments worth sharing

• Connect our three offices by travelling often between Paris, Rennes and Florence

• Use AI tools heavily for writing, design, video, translation and workflow, and help the team adopt new tools

• Track what works and suggest new ideas

• Autonomous: you can take an idea from concept to publication without being micromanaged

• High energy, happy to be on the move and to switch between topics

• Fluent in French and English

• Already a confident user of generative AI tools (text, image and video)
