You will perform P&L reviews, balance sheet analyses, and ensure contractual terms align with GAAP. The position requires solid accounting knowledge and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Accounting or equivalent with solid accounting knowledge.
• Three years’ experience in a computerized accounting environment (JD Edwards preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, team player capable of handling a busy department.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing billing, analysis, month end accrual and reconciliation.
• Provide accounting and financial analysis support to management and operation units.
• P&L review for month end close.
• Prepare balance sheet analysis as applicable.
• Ensure unit managers understand and fulfill the financial terms of client contracts and GAAP.
• Manage financial queries from operations and management.
• Provide timely financial information to clients and senior management.
• Assist with acquisition integration and other accounting duties as assigned.
