Responsabilités

• Financial Statements: Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial statements and timely reports.
• Monthly and Annual Close: Manage monthly entries, capitalized production, and group reporting in consolidation tool.
• Taxes: Prepare tax filings (VAT, corporate tax) and coordinate CIR filings with advisory firm.
• Payroll: Primary contact for payroll service provider; ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow; be main contact for banks and financial partners.
• Accounting Processes and Tools Improvement: Improve processes and tools; implement continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Statements
  • Accountable for the accuracy and reliability of the financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and timely production of financial reports.
• Monthly and Annual Close
  • Calculate and record monthly entries and capitalized production.
  • Prepare and own reporting (income statements, trial balances, intercompany reconciliations) in the group consolidation tool.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
• Taxes
  • Prepare tax filings for various taxes (e.g., VAT, corporate tax package).
  • Coordinate with advisory firm for R&D tax credit (CIR) filings.
• Payroll
  • Act as primary contact for payroll service provider.
  • Collect, verify, and record payroll-related data (bonuses, profit sharing, participation).
  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Treasury Management
  • Monitor cash flow.
  • Serve as main contact for banks and financial partners.
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, client follow-ups, and supplier payments.
• Accounting Processes and Tools Improvement
  • Improve accounting processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements.
