Banyan Capital Partners® recherche un(e) Analyste Financier pour MIP, un fournisseur mondial de textiles de soins de santé. Ce rôle implique des activités de comptabilité quotidienne, la préparation des états financiers, et le respect des normes comptables canadiennes.

Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience, une licence en comptabilité, et la capacité de travailler avec les systèmes ERP, notamment Microsoft Dynamics 365. Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est nécessaire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou finance avec exposition à la comptabilité de cycle complet.
• Expérience dans un cabinet comptable appréciée.
• Connaissance des exigences comptables canadiennes, y compris la TPS/TVQ.

Responsabilités

• Effectuer les activités de comptabilité quotidiennes, y compris les écritures et la tenue du grand livre.
• Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels et les rapports de soutien.
• Gérer les processus de comptes clients et de comptes fournisseurs.

Banyan Capital Partners is part of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group and is seeking to hire an Accounting Analyst for its portfolio company, MIP. What You Will Do

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including preparation of closing entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting reports
• Validate monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process and reconcile payroll transactions
• Prepare or coordinate indirect tax filings, including GST/HST and QST filings, as applicable
• Assist with corporate tax documentation and support T2 filing requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including ASPE and/or IFRS
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, consultants, and tax authorities, including the CRA and Revenue Quebec
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
• Participate in ERP and financial system upgrades, implementations, or migrations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data across accounting systems

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with exposure to full‑cycle accounting
• Experience working with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is considered an asset
• Previous experience within a public accounting firm is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax requirements, including GST/HST, QST, and corporate tax processes
• Knowledge of ASPE and/or IFRS considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable working style
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
