Camino Search is seeking an Interim CFO for a fast-growing, PE-backed B2B SaaS company. You will provide financial leadership and drive efficiency while supporting M&A activities.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting, advising the executive team and board, and overseeing accounting, tax, compliance and due diligence. You will implement scalable financial systems to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Hands-on with ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.

Camino Search is supporting a fast-growing private equity backed B2B SaaS company delivering innovative solutions to a global client base. As they navigate a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to provide financial leadership, drive operational efficiency, and support with M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board.
• Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and audit processes.
• Support fundraising efforts (equity or debt), including investor relations and due diligence.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to support scalability.
• Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.).
• Private Equity experience
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
