Nicholson Search and Selection is seeking an exceptional Interim CFO to be onsite in Paris. This role targets a high-growth tech environment with PE-backed dynamics and cross-border integration.

The successful candidate will drive post-merger integration of international acquisitions in Europe and build the group Finance function to support future growth. Availability to start around 09/2026 for at least 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience, with more than 5 years as Interim CFO.
• Sector experience and PMI track record in a decentralized, international structure.

Responsabilités
