Camino Search is seeking an Interim CFO for a fast-growing, PE-backed B2B SaaS company. You will provide financial leadership and drive efficiency while supporting M&A activities.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting, advising the executive team and board, and overseeing accounting, tax, compliance and due diligence. You will implement scalable financial systems to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Hands-on with ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive team and board.
• Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and audit processes.
• Support fundraising efforts (equity or debt) including due diligence.
• Implement and optimize financial systems to support scalability.
• Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
