Job summary

Orient Express, part of the Accor group, seeks a motivated IP law intern to join a small, international legal team. You will support trademark, domain, and IP-related contracts in a bilingual environment, collaborating with external consultants and internal teams on a variety of agreements.

The role emphasizes agility, autonomy, and strong English skills, with opportunities to contribute to tooling for IP evidence collection and contract management.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in intellectual property law and/or commercial law (Master 2 / DJCE).
• Initial internship experience of at least 6 months in a company/law firm.
• The internship must be officially recognized and approved by your educational institution.
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
• Agility and autonomy.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Sense of priorities.
• Collaborative spirit.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in IP protection strategy in France and internationally, including prior art analysis and correspondence.
• Assist in pre-litigation and litigation matters for trademarks and domains worldwide with external counsel.
• Draft, review, and monitor English/French contracts related to IP rights, transfers, licenses, and more.
• Support operational and legal teams on IP issues.
• Draft and monitor various commercial contracts in French and English (terms, NDAs, LOIs, service contracts).
• Contribute to implementing tools for evidence collection of trademark use and contract monitoring.
