Astemo Paris, Drancy, is seeking an Intellectual Property Coordinator to join the Legal Team. You will use patent databases and manage invention disclosures, supporting patent filings and committee decisions.

The role involves budget monitoring, liaising with inventors and patent firms, and ensuring timely IP procedures while contributing to our mobility tech leadership.

In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the development of world‑class products that deliver both safety and performance.

Your Core Responsibilities Include

• Use patent databases and internal portfolio management software tools.
• Register invention disclosures, prepare and implement patent committee decisions.
• Manage relations with inventors and patent firms.
• Monitor deadlines and the status of procedures for filing and obtaining intellectual property rights, particularly patents.
• Monitor the budget and manage relations with the internal departments involved.

Salary: 40k€-50k€, depending on experience
