Astemo Ltd. is looking for an Intellectual Property Coordinator to strengthen its Legal department in Paris, Drancy.

The role focuses on coordinating the IP policy, filing procedures, and liaising with inventors and patent firms to safeguard our technology portfolio. You will work across engineering, legal, and management teams, ensuring timely patent filings, budget monitoring, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a Legal department, ideally in Intellectual Property.
• Bachelor or Master in Law, Engineering, Intellectual Property or similar.
• Capacity to work with various stakeholders such as engineers, lawyers, management, etc.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the implementation of the company's IP policy and assist with legal work.
• Use patent databases and internal portfolio management software tools.
• Register invention disclosures, prepare and implement patent committee decisions.
• Manage relations with inventors and patent firms.
• Monitor deadlines and status of filing and IP rights procedures, particularly patents.

Your core responsibilities include:

Coordinate the implementation of the company's intellectual property policy and assist with legal work. In particular:

• Use patent databases and internal portfolio management software tools.
• Register invention disclosures, prepare and implement patent committee decisions.
• Manage relations with inventors and patent firms.
• Monitor deadlines and the status of procedures for filing and obtaining intellectual property rights, particularly patents.
• Monitor the budget and manage relations with the internal departments involved.

Your profile :

• 5 years of experience in a Legal department, ideally in Intellectual Property
• Bachelor or Master in Law, Engineering, Intellectual Property or similar
• Capacity to work with various stakeholder such as engineers, lawyers, management, etc.
• Ability to work on multiple cases

Salary : 40k€-50k€, depending on experience
