IXO Inc. seeks policy-service specialists to create policy-processing and coverage-analysis cases with full transaction context. Remote work across regions, with flexible weekly hours and paid onboarding.

Onboarding is followed by hourly work at $84/hr for ongoing tasks, with a prior onboarding stage paid separately. The role requires 1–3 years in policy analysis or servicing, familiarity with administration systems, and knowledge of forms, endorsements, and approvals.

• 1-3 years of professional policy, coverage, service or insurance-compliance analysis; relevant bachelor’s degree OR equivalent practice.
• Independently interpret declarations, insuring clauses, conditions, exclusions and endorsements, including forms, filings, limits and deductibles.
• Multiline work; knowledge of ISO/NAIC; Guidewire, Duck Creek or Applied Epic preferred.

What you will do

• Create policy-processing and coverage-analysis cases with complete transaction context.
• Check dates, forms, endorsements, exclusions and servicing requirements.
• Explain procedural or coverage conclusions and identify documentation gaps or necessary escalation.

Specialist tracks and qualifications

Choose the track that matches your background; you are not expected to meet every route.

Policy-service operations

• 2 or more years in policy administration, underwriting support, servicing, premium operations or policy-processing management.
• Practical use of administration systems, queues, transaction controls or operational QA; distinguish processing decisions from underwriting and claim decisions.
• Preferred: multiple platforms or P&C lines, premium audit/billing, forms or licensing work, implementation/testing, Lean/Six Sigma or service-team leadership.

Eligibility: Remote in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria or Belgium.

Pay: $840/completed onboarding; then $84/hr.

Schedule: At least 20 hours weekly; 40 or more is preferred. Initial onboarding is estimated at 10 hours and is paid as a separate completed stage.

The initial stage is separate from subsequent hourly work. Acceptance criteria and any completion deadline are agreed before you start; no hourly conversion is applied to the initial payment.

Policy and coverage analysis

• Compare policies, analyze coverage gaps and endorsements, check filing compliance and document reproducible coverage conclusions.
• 1-3 years of professional policy, coverage, service or insurance-compliance analysis; relevant bachelor's degree OR equivalent practice.
• Independently interpret declarations, insuring clauses, conditions, exclusions and endorsements, including forms, filings, limits and deductibles.
• Multiline work, CPCU/AINS/API/ARM progress, ISO/NAIC knowledge and Guidewire, Duck Creek or Applied Epic are preferred.

Pay: $79/hr.

Schedule: Approximately 10-20 hours weekly during a 2-3 week assignment.
