Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement; compensation is hourly USD with clear acceptance criteria before work begins. This role emphasizes precise reasoning and documented quality judgments without disclosing protected material.

IXO is engaging specialists to evaluate privacy-aware review of datasets and professional documents. Your contribution is technical work: make the reasoning inspectable, identify substantive errors and provide evidence that supports a reliable assessment.

Work you will do

• Identify sensitive or personally identifying information in the material you are authorized to review.
• Evaluate redaction, labeling or handling decisions against the defined criteria, including the relevant document or eDiscovery context.
• Record consistent quality judgments and explain missed information, excessive removal or other handling errors without disclosing protected material.

Preferred background

• Large-business-dataset analysis, document QA or audits involving PII, with knowledge of privacy rules and careful handling of sensitive material.
• Document-specialist route: eDiscovery, litigation support, contracts, information governance or compliance, including backgrounds in paralegal work or legal document-review leadership.
• Accurate high-volume review and concise explanations of privacy or quality issues.

Deliverables

Submit the completed technical artifact or assessment with its supporting evidence, explicit assumptions, reproducible checks where applicable, and concise reasons for each material judgment. Address review findings within the agreed scope.

Location and schedule

Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with no guaranteed weekly volume. IXO confirms the applicable timing before work.

Pay and working terms

$36 $65/hr USD. The agreed hourly rate, scope, schedule and acceptance criteria are confirmed before work starts. Applying does not guarantee an assignment.
