Ayvens is seeking an Experienced Innovation & Strategic Programmes Manager to shape the future of mobility from Paris region. You will lead cross-functional and international innovation initiatives, turning market insights into scalable business opportunities with an immediate focus on electrification, charging, and autonomous mobility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobility, automotive, leasing, fleet management, strategy, innovation, consulting, business development, partnerships, or operations.
• Strong understanding of mobility ecosystems including fleet services, connected vehicles, EV charging, data-enabled services, and emergent mobility models.
• Proven experience developing business cases, innovation pilots, and scalable solutions with clear financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and international initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with exposure to senior leadership and matrix organizations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are assets.

Responsabilités

• Defining and driving the innovation roadmap by monitoring mobility trends, identifying market opportunities, country best practices and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Leading innovation acceleration initiatives by identifying successful local innovations, supporting pilot projects, and scaling best practices across the Group.
• Managing cross-functional and international innovation projects, including business case development, pilot design, governance, KPI definition, and implementation planning.
• Manage senior stakeholders when it comes to project development and sponsorship, on a central and local level.
• Building and engaging a global innovation community, fostering collaboration between local entities and sharing innovation insights and learnings.
• Driving the autonomous mobility and robotaxi workstream by assessing business models, use cases, ecosystem partnerships, and pilot opportunities.
• Preparing executive-level presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials while supporting innovation governance and strategic programme deployment.
• Supporting the launch and management of strategic mobility products and services.

What are you going to do?

As our new Experienced Innovation & Strategic Programmes Manager , you will play a leading role in shaping the future of mobility. Working within the Innovation & Strategic Programmes Team, you will drive innovation initiatives across the Group, identify new growth and margin opportunities, and help accelerate the adoption of emerging mobility solutions. With an immediate focus on electrification, charging, connected vehicles, autonomous mobility, and robotaxi, you will transform market insights into scalable business opportunities and support the development of a future‑ready mobility ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and driving the innovation roadmap by monitoring mobility trends, identifying market opportunities, country best practices and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach and has a genuine passion for innovation in mobility. You are comfortable navigating complex international environments, building relationships across multiple stakeholders, and transforming ideas into scalable business opportunities.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Innovation, Strategy, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobility, automotive, leasing, fleet management, strategy, innovation, consulting, business development, partnerships, or operations.
• Strong understanding of mobility ecosystems, including fleet services, connected vehicles, EV charging, data‑enabled services, and emerging mobility models.
• Proven experience developing business cases, innovation pilots, and scalable solutions with clear financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional and international initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including exposure to senior leadership and matrix organizations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Experience in innovation ecosystems, partnership development, autonomous mobility, robotaxi, ride‑hailing, or advanced mobility solutions is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages are considered an asset.
